This portable wind speed indicator can be held easily in one hand.  The pointer returns to 0 after 30 seconds after which a lever at the bottom of the dial is pulled.  The pointer will stop on the value indicating the mean wind velocity in a period of 30 seconds.  No power supply is required for use.  Velocity range is from 0 to 22 m/s.  The dial is 100 mm in diameter and the instrument is 300 mm in length.

这种便携式风速指示器可以很容易地拿在一只手中。指针在30秒后返回到0，之后拉动表盘底部的操纵杆。指针将停在指示30秒内平均风速的值上。使用时不需要电源。速度范围为0~22m/s，刻度盘直径为100 mm，仪器长度为300 mm。
