Developed to make sure the pilot ladder is stabile for the pilot and can safely board and disembark from the ship.  By using two vacuum generated spreaders can always secure the ladder firmly regardless the thickness of the paint on the ship, even if the surface is not smooth and has chipped paint. The required pressure range to this device is 1.4 – 4.0 bar, and has holding force at 715 kg.  The device complies with the new SOLAS regulations 1045 (27), and Class Lloyd’s certified.

开发的目的是确保引航员梯子对引航员来说是稳定的，并且可以安全地上船和下船。通过使用两个真空产生的涂布器，无论船上油漆的厚度如何，即使梯子表面不光滑或有脱落的油漆，也可以始终牢固地固定梯子。该装置所需的压力范围为1.4-4.0bar，握力为715公斤。该设备符合新的SOLAS法规1045(27)，并通过了劳合社等级认证。
